Delivery timescales

Delivery is usually one of two methods: courier or Royal Mail. All parcels will require a signature, so please make sure that you have made arrangements to take delivery of the goods. All items will be despatched within 2 working days if in stock, or otherwise you will be notified by email of the despatch date. Please note that for remote locations in the UK, delivery overseas and during busy periods, deliveries may take longer and it is outside our control.

UK standard delivery (3 to 5 working days) - Free
Europe standard delivery - £15
Rest of the World standard delivery - £30
Please note that we do not currently offer delivery to Russia.

Customs and Duties

You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees and customs clearance charges imposed by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with any item that you have purchased from us and wish to return it, please do the following:-

• Fill in the return form which was enclosed with your purchase.

• Copy your receipt.

• Securely wrap your item enclosing the return form and copy of your receipt. Post it to the return address shown below. We strongly recommend posting ‘signed for/recorded delivery’ to enable the parcel to be tracked and the item insured for the purchase price. You are responsible for the entire cost of return postage and we are unable to refund items lost in transit.

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:-

• Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• The goods must be unused, in original condition and complete with all original packaging/tags.

• Items obtained as a special order or with personalisation cannot be returned/refunded.

Damaged goods must be notified to us within two days of delivery and any warranty claims will be in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible, however, please allow 10 working days for any refunds to appear back on your payment method.
